AIM Centre Approved as Engineers Ireland Registered Training Provider
We’re thrilled to share that the Advancing Innovation in Manufacturing (AIM) Centre has been officially approved as an Engineers Ireland Registered Training Provider, with two of our flagship programmes now formally recognised for Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
This milestone reflects our continued dedication to delivering meaningful, practical training experiences for Ireland’s engineering and manufacturing communities. The CPD-approved programmes are:
AI Accelerator Programme
The AIM AI Accelerator Programme is a six-week hybrid course tailored specifically for SMEs across Ireland. Designed to support business leaders, operations managers, and technical decision-makers, the programme addresses both the technical and strategic dimensions of AI adoption.
Participants explore how AI can be used to improve efficiency, drive innovation, and unlock growth—while gaining practical skills for integrating AI into real-world business operations. By combining online learning with in-person collaboration, the programme provides a flexible and supportive environment to demystify AI and make it actionable.
Our first cohort took place in Q1 2025, with plans under way to launch the next edition in Q4. Further details will be announced soon.

From Data to Delivery
From Data to Delivery is a communications workshop developed for graduate engineers, focused on enhancing public speaking and presentation skills. Hosted at the AIM Centre and led by experienced instructor Gianna Nordon, the workshop helps participants translate complex technical information into clear, accessible messages for non-engineering audiences.
Through practical exercises and collaborative sessions, attendees develop greater confidence in articulating their work, showcasing excellent teamwork and communication throughout the day. This workshop is especially valuable for early-career professionals seeking to improve client communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
