AIM Centre Wins National Award for Supporting the Digital Transition at the European Enterprise Promotion Awards 2025
We are incredibly proud to announce that AIM Centre has been named the National Winner in the ‘Supporting the Digital Transition’ category at the European Enterprise Promotion Awards (EEPA) 2025.
This prestigious recognition celebrates our commitment to helping enterprises in Ireland embrace digital transformation - empowering them to not only adopt new technologies, but to actively shape, market, and grow their businesses using innovative digital tools and services.
About the European Enterprise Promotion Awards
The European Enterprise Promotion Awards, run by the European Commission, highlight outstanding initiatives that promote entrepreneurship and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Europe. The awards acknowledge excellence at the local, regional, and national level, celebrating those who make a meaningful impact on business development and enterprise support.
Since their launch in 2006, the EEPAs have showcased hundreds of inspiring initiatives that fuel economic growth and innovation across Europe. This year, we are honoured that AIM Centre has been recognised amongst such impactful work.
What the Award Means to Us
Winning the national award in the ‘Supporting the Digital Transition’ category is a reflection of the collaborative effort, passion, and strategic vision shared across our team, partners, and client network. The category specifically recognises initiatives that help enterprises—particularly SMEs—navigate and implement digital technologies to improve performance, expand into new markets, and build future-ready operations.
At AIM Centre, we have always believed that digital transformation should be inclusive, accessible, and sustainable. Through tailored support, mentoring, upskilling programmes, and collaborative partnerships, we’ve enabled local businesses to digitise their services, explore new digital products, and future-proof their operations in an increasingly tech-driven economy.
We’re particularly proud that this work has helped rural and regional businesses in Ireland thrive online, connect with global customers, and innovate in ways that were once out of reach.
Heading to the European Finals
This national win means that AIM Centre will now go on to represent Ireland at the European finals during the SME Assembly 2025, taking place in Copenhagen, Denmark this November.
The SME Assembly is the EU’s flagship event for small and medium enterprises, bringing together policymakers, innovators, business leaders, and support organisations from across Europe. It’s a space where ideas are shared, best practices are exchanged, and a vibrant community of changemakers collaborates on shaping the future of European enterprise.
We are genuinely excited to be part of this journey - sharing our experiences, learning from others, and building new connections with fellow innovators working at the cutting edge of entrepreneurship and digital transformation.
