AIM Centre Launches New Hybrid Training Courses to Drive Digital Innovation and Business Growth

A new suite of hybrid training programmes is being launched to help professionals across sectors strengthen their digital capability, leadership, and innovation skills.
Developed and delivered by OX Synergy in collaboration with the AIM Centre and MSLETB, the Skills to Advance portfolio represents a major step forward in supporting Ireland’s manufacturing and business communities. Courses combines expert-led learning with hands-on application and will be CPD accredited by Engineers Ireland, ensuring participants gain both practical skills and professional recognition.

Each course has been designed to help participants take meaningful action - strengthening digital competence, leadership, and innovation across manufacturing and business environments.
Combining expert-led sessions, practical exercises, and collaborative learning, the programmes provide a flexible four-week format that blends online and in-person delivery at AIM Centre and SocoLabs.

Skills to Advance: Building Ireland’s Digital Future
These hybrid programmes - spanning digital manufacturing, artificial intelligence, business growth, leadership, lean practices, and generative AI - are part of a collaborative initiative to strengthen Ireland’s innovation and manufacturing sectors.
Courses are fully funded through Skills to Advance and offer Engineers Ireland CPD accreditation, ensuring professional recognition and career impact.
Participants will learn directly from industry experts with proven experience in applying digital transformation, AI, and operational excellence in real-world contexts.
Flexible, Practical and Industry-Focused
Each programme runs one half-day per week over four weeks, combining virtual sessions with practical, in-person workshops. This structure allows participants to continue managing day-to-day responsibilities while developing new skills in an interactive and collaborative environment.
The hybrid format ensures flexibility without compromising engagement - offering a balance of online learning, peer discussion, and hands-on application guided by industry experts.
