  • RoboDemo was developed by Centria University of Applied Sciences in Finland, in conjunction with UIT The Artic University in Norway, Luleå University of Technology, Sweden, T2 College, Sweden and the AIM Centre in Ireland.

  • Over the course of 36 months (starting 1st December 2022), the RoboDemo project partners will work with at least 24 manufacturing organisations across the Northern Periphery Regions (NPA) who wish to implement Robotics and Smart Manufacturing into their organisation(s).

  • In Ireland, AIM’s industry experienced engineers and business strategists can work with your organisation, should you wish to avail of this service, free of charge. Where applicable, AIM will draw on the skills and experience of our project partners to ensure our client projects receive the expertise needed.

How does it work for businesses who take part?

  • Our experienced engineers and business strategists will organise a site visit to gain an understanding of your organisations purpose, processes, systems, and the pain points you may be experiencing.

  • Opportunities to improve your processes through the use of new technology may be identified.

  • Simulation models of these process improvements will be created to highlight the changes proposed.

  • A business case for implementing recommendations made will be developed.

  • Advice on funding opportunities (if any) can be provided, where applicable.
