What is TRANSFORM Training?

The manufacturing industry is undergoing rapid digital transformation, however, many professionals and businesses face a digital skills gap that limits their ability to adapt.

Training and Re-skilling for Smart Manufacturing (TRANSFORM), is an Erasmus+ KA210-VET initiative aimed at enhancing digital competencies in the manufacturing sector. It is a small-scale partnership in vocational education and training, focusing on digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Training is free of charge and will be carried out through a flexible, modular learning framework that combines online resources, virtual collaboration, and in-person engagement.

What TRANSFORM Will Deliver

  • - Modular digital learning via webinars on AI, MES, and smart manufacturing

  • - Training opportunities for at least 150 learners, from industry professionals to career changers

  • - A sustainable digital learning platform for ongoing workforce development

  • - Collaborative workshops and industry engagement to support digital transformation
