AIM Exchange Launches Tech Talk Breakfast Series with Industry Experts

The AIM Exchange has launched the Tech Talk Breakfast Series, featuring five thought-provoking talks from industry experts. The series aims to inform, challenge, and inspire technicians, engineers, entrepreneurs and executives alike, providing insights into the latest trends and challenges in the industry.

Kicking off the series on May 11th, Mark Kelly of AI Ireland will shed light on the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence, discussing the latest market trends and opportunities. On May 18th, Sinead O'Connor from Trinity University will explore the importance of data as a new currency for businesses, followed by Richard Kennedy, Chairman of InterTrade Ireland, who will share insights on the three P's essential to business success: people, profit, and planet, on May 25th.

On June 1st Brian Cooney, MD of KUKA Robotics, will discuss the applications of robotics in industry and their impact on supply chain & sustainability. Tom Minnock, Head of Logistics at DHL, will delve into the challenges of the global supply chain, wrapping up the series on June 8th. This exciting series of talks promises to immerse attendees in the latest industry trends and challenges, providing invaluable insights from top experts in their fields.

In response to industry feedback, the AIM Exchange has launched its first training program, the "Voice of the Leader," which takes place on May 17th. Communication within the workplace was identified as a key skill, with industry leaders expressing a strong interest in upskilling their employees with presentation and storytelling skills. The Voice of the Leader programme, led by Phil Kingston and Andrea Ainsworth from the Abbey Theatre, Dublin, equips participants with the skills to master the art of storytelling and present with impact.

Upcoming events on the platform include training on change management, design thinking, data visualisation and robotic programming. The AIM Exchange is committed to providing practical, engaging training that can be applied immediately, giving professionals the tools they need to succeed in their careers.
